Exercise is Science!

We have been learning all about our bodies and animals bodies in Science.  This involves thinking about nutrition, sleep and of course, exercise!  We learned that children should never go on a diet – they should be eating between 1800 and 2500 calories a day!  It’s no surprise we can eat so much, when not only are we expending energy every day by growing, we are on the move constantly!

We set up some activities to really get our hearts racing…  The children were so inspiring, I had to take myself for a bike ride after work!  Great work team.
